Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

6. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver throughout Uganda using reputable courier services. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Kampala Metropolitan Area: 1-2 business days
  • Major Towns: 2-4 business days
  • Rural Areas: 3-7 business days

Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (organic medicines), we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • There was an error in the order fulfillment (wrong product shipped)

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Proof of purchase is required.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited to the original payment method.
