Signs of an enlarged prostate, or Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH), include difficulty starting to urinate, a weak or interrupted urine stream, a frequent or urgent need to urinate, and waking up multiple times at night to urinate. Other signs can be feeling like the bladder is not empty, post-urination dribbling, and in some cases, incontinence, blood in the urine, or urinary tract infections.
